Non-approved profiles showing up on homepage

I disabled the 'auto-activate profiles after joining'. Still the profile, which is not approved, shows up on the homepage. Is there a way to avoid this ?

sounds like a bug to me. I see it too but I'm not using the default wall/timeline. Thought it might be the vendor, but possible that it's this problem...

It doesn't matter what you do, the script secrets has been sold to xxxx parties and the likes who know the default methods of getting in and that has been sold so xxxx so they can attack.

 I tried implementing this but my lines don't match up with whats shown in the bug... I'm at 7.1.1

Line 212-215 I have this:

                `te`.`description` AS `description`,

                `te`.`date` AS `date`,

                DATE_FORMAT(FROM_UNIXTIME(`te`.`date`), '" . $this->_oConfig->getDividerDateFormat() . "') AS `print_date`,

Lines can be changes because of some other changes in this file, just look for surrounding lines - they should match,  all changes are in getEvents function.
