No possibility to subscribe news on the news page

I tried everything to ad the block to subscribe/not subscribe on the page of "news Home"

But even with Deano tools it's not possible.

How to do it, i thought it's logical to have it there.

Why its not there basicaly?

News home is just general news page there is nothing to subscribe/not subscribe on.

Unless you want the subscribe/not subscribe button on the item itself. (within the news item div)
