No avatar with new members

If someone registered himself / herself and want to upload a avatar ( after joining ) there's no avatar visible on some places. ( for example the profile page ) If they go bay to .../m/avatar and upload one again, than everything works. The avatar they tried to upload as first is also not visible in the PhotoDeluxe module of Ilbellodelweb.

Someone an idea how to fix this?
