No 'Compile Language' link in forum after upgrade

I have upgraded from 7.09 to 7.1.2 following all the instruction along the way , and everything seems fine except the forums. There is no link  to compile the language. Is there another way to compile the language for the forum, or make the link show?

I goto Admin panel - modules - forum. I am in the 'manage forum' section,  No option to compile language is present.

Any ideas?

Regards

David

I followed that link, and end up exactly where I was, there is no 'compile language' option. There is no 'Compile language' option in the menu tab.

Maybe a screenshot, but I think this is futile. I have upgraded many times previously and been able to find the 'Compile language' link. Quite simply, the 'Compile language' option is not apparent to me on this upgrade.

Taking that you followed the upgrade/update to get to the version your at.

I would un install the forums and re install.

I would be glad to help if you want you can PM your site link to further troubleshoot the site.
