We have installed D 7.1.4 (but also (7.1.1-7.1.3) on nginx.
There are some problems:
- captcha is not displaying (despite of right keys)
- no visible Events Home
- I cannot compile language in forum (there is no link to compile)
This situation is all the time the same in version 7.1
I suppose the problem is with wrong rewrites or maybe different ports (like 8882 or 8883)?
Boonex do not wants to help me. I have commercial licence, but this is nonsense: no support!
Please send me you actual rewrites!
PS. This is strange, because everything works properly on Apache.

Yes, Nginx is a bit different with the rewrites. Did you follow the Boonex tutorial on Nginx rewrites? By the way, I am running my site on Nginx without the problems you are experiencing so it is not related to Nginx per se but could be due to the rewrites not being properly set up. I am not sure I follow you here. In the config for the site, you specify which port Nginx should listen on; for web that is normally 80. Perhaps a bit more detail on what you have set up.

Please be more specific. Are you saying the manage forum link is present but when you click the link that recompile language is not in the menu? There should be two by default, one for English and one for Russian.

If it was a port problem, then your site would not be loading. You tell Nginx to listen on port 80, and tell it what to listen for as far as your domain or IP address.
If you like, you can post your nginx config; you can redact any information you don't wish to share, and we can take a look at it.

There is a link Forum in PA, but if I click on it - thre is Server Error, so I cannot see any link to complile. Forum is invisible.

Yes, this could be a solution, but I cannot now - there is basic working script (v.6) on port 80. Do you know any free nginx server to check it? If not, I have to ... clasp scripts for a while.
