Newbie question: how to post to a Forum on my dolphin7 site

I have created a Dolphin 7 site (odisha.0sites.org/dolphin), but I cannot figure out how to post to a forum ?

I wanted to add that I don't see a button/menu-item such as "New Topic" either.

You need to navigate to the desired forum first, then a new topic link should be available. I also recommend you find a hosting provider that's capable of running this script, since a free hosting provider isn't.
