New website using Doplhin 7.05 need members how to ?

I need members for a dating portal.
Is there q qucik and dirty way to get it ?
If possible I'm also looking for someone who will sell their memberbase to me ?
Im looking for something like 1.000 members and up.
Or is there another way to get members to a newly started portal ?
And what plugins will you suggest for a dating portal..

Is there some templates out there which could be fine to use with dolphin ?
