New template preventing flash embed from showing?

Anyone know why a template would stop a flash embed from showing???

I have just installed a new template on one of my sites and when its enabled I cannot see any flash embeds that i have from an e-mag

with the default template selected they all work fine.

I have emailed the template designer on Unity and on their website but no reply at the moment...

Any ideas what could cause this???

you can switch template here to see the flash embed working and not working.
