New Profiles Not Showing On Map

I noticed that our new members are entering the country, town and postcode correctly but their profile reports "Located is undefined" The old members appear to be alright.

What would cause this problem?

Make sure that you have the latest Dolphin version installed.

Try to reinstall World Map module, all location will be rest and you will need to geolocate all content after reinstallation.
