New Premium Customer

Hi-

I am a new premium customer. I have opened a couple of tickets but there has been no repsonse for a couple of days.

I thought that if I was a premium customer, I would get better response.

Any help on my tickets would be appreciated.

No that is not the case, especially if you opened a 'free' ticket. That means that they will get to you as soon as they can (unknown response time). For you issues, have you tried asking here on the Forums or doing a search?

I spent 998.00 for a Prime memberhip. I did this in an effort to get good support.

Nothing I posted was critical, I really just was looking to see how quick the turn around time was for Prime Customers.

I will wait a few days and see how things pan out.
