Need help with Professional installation service

I purchased the Prime license over 20 days ago and after I finished all the required server settings I have generated a ticket for the professional installation 11 days ago. Since then I have posted 3 comments on my own installation ticket requesting just an update as to how long will it take and ... dead silence ... :)

Therefore I feel like I'm doing something wrong or for some strange reason my ticket is being ignored.

Does anyone know if this is normal because of the work load on support team?

How long usually does it take to get the Professional installation service included in Prime package?

I have done a demo installation around two years ago and afterwards I was having problems uploading images and creating albums. I believe that could have been because it was on a shared server where I did not make some of the required server settings. And back then I wasn't really ready and did not proceed with Dolphin.

I am pretty much advanced in web applications, PHP scripting and coding, and I wanted to see if I should continue waiting for the professional installation or if it's pretty much easy to do it.

Any advise will be much appreciated.

It's not that hard to install. Just follow the instructions carefully.

You can still get Boonex to install Dolphin, just keep in mind it can take a day or two for them to respond.  Send an email to uno@boonex.com

If Boonex is going to offer this as part of a prime license, it is ridiculous that anyone should have to wait more than 24 hours... yet this same issue is always coming up. Eleven days??? Unacceptable.

I agree.  The installation service can be a selling point of the Prime license.  However, If Boonex does not have the resources to honour the installation then they can partner with some of the people here to perform the installations in a timely manner; with compensation of course.
