Need help with CCBILL

Is there anyone out there who has ccbill installed who can offer some help? I cannot get it to work and ccbill cannot seem to offer support in the setup in the admin side of boonex.  according to instructions that Igor given to set it up and after talking to ccbill i have it set up correctly so why do I still get errors???  I email Igor a couple of days ago and still no response yet.  and what ironic is if you go to igor's site where that he gives to see the module in action it gives error messages too!  Currently the error message I am getting is Unable to load form template (760) any help is greatly appreciated.

Well i got it to work for dolpin version 7.03. I just have to go back and redo my site to the older version so that I can accept payments for now since I cannot get any help with the version IGORL created for 7.04.
