Navigation menu icons

I am trying to change my nav menu text to icons. I go to navigation menu builder...and click on the tab I want to modify. I have pointed to the folder of my icon and saved...emptied cache....cleared history in browser...but it shows a blank tab. I can type the absolute path to the location of the icon in a browser window and it shows up...but in dolphin.

Any suggestions?

Thanks.

Anybody have any clues? I am simply just changing the title of the file or using the same file name but replacing the icon with a different icon of my own. Even if I leave the default and just make sure that both the image properties and icon properties of the nav tab I am wanting to display an icon for are the same...it still doesn't work. And why when you go to the properties...does it display a | right before the image name. I notice that they are setup to to be in modules/boonex/chat/|bx_chat.png but the absolute path is /modules/boonex/chat/templates/base/images/icons/bx_chat.png

I am stumped. Maybe if someone can explain how it is supposed to work...I will be able to figure it out and make it happen.

I figured it out finally. I just needed to put my icons in the root/templates/base/images/icons folder and then on the properties of the navigation tab....change the picture entry to read just bx_filename.fileext

Finally. Feel much better now.
