NEED HELP RE-UPLOADING LOST PROFILES.

OKAY I MADE A BIG MISTAKE! I tried to back up users profiles on admin database section, little did i notice i dump an old back up wich cause me to loose over 100 profiles. so now my question is

Can i re-upload these profiles if the users information was store in cache folder?

depending on where you are hosted, and what server access you have and how regular you were backing up, you may be able to pull this from a previous backup, then update the database IF NOTEXIST.

 

or as MrP says, get a code junkie to kick you a script, but would surely look at any previous backups you have and see what you can come up with.

If you are on a hosting,you can ask your host to replace site back up they keep. They usually keep them for 2 days.
