My dite is all scrambled...help

I have not made any changes to my site, i just got up this morning and it was all scrambled up. I am not sure how to describe what it is doing as I am not a very technical person. here is my site:

seems to me that your template is not loading.

Did you try to use a different template, just to see if it works again?

 Check your  templates/base/_header.html   file.

Try replacing that file and see if it works.

Where can I get that file?

 In the download zip.. What version are you using?

Dolphin 7.0.4it was pre installed on my server so I dont have those files.

If I just had the code that goes in there I could paste it back into the file

I don't think it's his files....

did you clear your cache on the following directories --> /cache (leave the htaccess file in there) /cache_public

i was abt to suggest the same. if all thing fails, clear the cache :-)

 I see the fle info there now so clear cache's in ftp   /cache/   /cache_public/   not .htaccess file though
