My Dolphin 7.0.2 is sending out blank emails. Help

My members are sending me emails, expressing how annoyed they are to find things like this in their mailbox every 15minutes.. It varies with some of them, some may get 1 a day, and others may get 5 a day, one claims to get 4 an hour... Any ideas?

Can I disable the system from sending out emails completely?

this is happening because you are missing some email templates. With us it was the "Friend request"; with another user in it was the "Friend Request" and the "Friend Request Accepted"....you need to find which template(s) are missing and load them in your site.

When the site was originally set up my personal email was used to set up dolphin. however, the settings within the administration panel have since been changed but notification emails to members are still being sent from my personal email account although there is no listing of that email anywhere...?

can you help at all? has anyone else experienced this?
