My Banner Ads will not Delete (Not boonex banners)

Hi Guys,

I added a banner add to my site tonight using the admin > tools> banners option.

First off I added it to the bottom of the page, and decided I didn't like it there so edited the banner to move to the right which moved it to the top of the page exactly where I wanted it...

The problem I am now having is, that its still showing at the bottom of the site too, and no matter what I do it will not go away.

I have totally deleted the banner add and re-applied it, gone into the database and removed it, have cleared my cache a good number of times both with cashe enabled and disabled, have cleared them via ftp and still the bottom one shows up, but there is no physical add for it in the banners area.

Just wondering if someone could point me in the right direction on where I can remove it from?

I had the same problem a few days ago.  I went into the database and deleted it there.

Hi Maddie...Where in the database did you delete it? I have already tried that but it still shows on my home page :( I went to sys_banners and deleted from there...maybe I am missing something, but its driving me batty lol

Did you clear the cache/ (except for the .htaccess file) and cache_public/ directories?

There are "3" sys_banners areas in the database, one listed right after the other.  I made sure the previous banner I had posted no longer showed on any of these three. 

Please keep in mind, I am very new to working with Dolphin and it's modules.  I have found that what works for one person (site) may not work on another due to minor modifications that may have been made on one site and not the other. 

I would definately pay for an updated user's manual.
