 I installed D7 in a subfolder and migrated my D6 database. I finally got the site working and would like to go live with D7, but I now have 200 more members. Is there another option I have other than dumping the entire D7 database and migrating a second time?

You could transfer the profile sql and avatars, this should add the new ones, but best bet is to do a reinstall of your database in case your migrate don't work right. Please note the migration feature in D7 does not work well, it only transfers some things. I have to hand transfer my sql files as it would not transfer avatars and photos ..ect... I wonder if it's add to the database. It's set in data_migration_transfers as finished. |
