Music player - stupid question

Hi,

I know this is probably a stupid question, but i have enable the music player in flash apps and now can't seem to find where it appears to be able to use it.

or what needs to be done to have it appear on a page.

Any guidance here would be appreciated, thanks

I had a prof once that said there was no stupid questions and then would rake you over the coals if he thought you asked a stupid question.

The player will automatically appear when there is content for it to use.  For example, if you upload a video, then go to view that video, you will see the player.  If  you upload a music track and go to listen to the music, the player will appear.  When you upload content, it will create thumbs; click on a thumb to view or listen it will take you to the view page where the player will appear with the loaded content.

Hi geek_girl could i trouble you for some more guidance on this.

I've uploaded a file and the preview image does recognise it as an MP3, but you can't click on it for it to play.

I've disabled and reenable the music player flash chat app.

I've checked all the permissions are writeable in the host tools area.

So I'm not sure whats going on here, any ideas please.

What are your settings in the Flash Apps for the music player?  Has the music been processed?  Check the settings in the sound module.
