Multiple Choice Questions Missing Drop Down Boxes

I have noticed that although some multiple choice questions such as sex and country do have drop down boxes to choose the proper answer others do not. For example religion, ethnicity, income etc all have multiple choice answers in the predefined values but do not have drop down boxes to choose those answers. Any help would be much appreciated.

If you want to use the "predefined values" follow these steps in Administration area:

- Go to Builders ----> Profile Fileds
- Select the field you want to edit (for example Income field)
- Change Type to "Selector" or "Multiple Selector" in General tab
- Go to Advanced tab and insert #!Income under "Possible values".
- Press save.

Note: To use the predefined values you must use the characters #! before the name of the list.
