Multi city community network, only one license?

Hello, I am looking to add multiple cities to my community i.e NYC, Miami, Vegas. Here is an example of what im trying to do: http://clubplanet.com (from a splash page) or http://napkinnights.com (from the main page selection) Is there a way of doing this through subdomains and 1 dolphin license? I want the content to be unique for that specific city when the user selects it. i.e events, advertisements, photo galleries, but I want the whole network to be able to access i.e the forum, communication between each other etc. What is the best way of going about this? is there plugins?
