Indeed, I think New Year's and the weekend made for some bad timing. Please keep in mind that BoonEx isn't usually open on the weekends, and they're in a different timezone than most.

 

If you don't hear from them by Tuesday, try emailing uno [at] boonex.com with your ticket number. If you don't see results within a few days, I'd be willing to install Dolphin for you at no cost (or at any time, really).
