Modules Does Not Dislay Under Toolsin sidebar

I do not have the modules section under tools area so how am I suppose to install/uninstall modules?  I have a fresh install where it says "initial steps" and one is 5.Install modules of your choice here" but thats it.  I clicked option to "dont show this anymore" and so where is the modules section now?  its not in the sidebar?

Modules is not under tools anymore.

Expand the modules section. Your screenshot shows you have a modules section, but you did not click it to expand it. In there your will see a Add & Manage section.

the issue was that it wasnt in the  menu from menu builder.  I actually had to add it to the tools section from the menu so its displaying now.  thanks.

That's not the issue. The issue is your not understanding that in dolphin 7.1 Modules is not in the tools section anymore. My screen shot shows you where you need to go.
