Module(avatar) was not found

I have a fresh new install of Dolphin 7.0, but after the installation I get an option that under the dashboard that lists as _bx_ava_avatar

When I click on it it says the module is not found.

Is there something I missed in the installation?

Go to admin - modules. And make installation of Avatar module there!
