Mobile

I want to change things on the mobile app..
How to do that?
Where is the software, how works this?
Who can help me with this?

1.  Multiple log-in. (i have more than 1 account, i want that i can log out and log in wich account or choose wich account .)
2. a button to see the timeline
3. change where the buttons are.
4. add a button or two. 

I don't see how to add a mobile page...
Can someone explain how to do that?
