Mobile chat messages

Hello everyone, can someone help me out. I purchased a mobile chat from a good developer, he tried everything, and i did as well, but the problem still exists, which is old members that were deleted the chats are still there on my mobile. This is by no means trying to hurt his reputation, he has gone way out of his way to try to resolve. There is a ticket that states the shoutbox has a bug and causing this issue, but thats not my case. I had my shoutbox custom built a long time ago and then bought his mod and everything worked great. Its a great module and in my case its not a shoutbox issue. I need to delete old messages and the red indicator does not work, does anyone know why? I did have the domain changed but the developer was told and he did do everything that needed to be done and more, but the problem still exists.

Well finally someone is working on this issue and getting paid sweet.

I guess you mean not Shoutbox, but Simple Messenger, database of which MobileChat is using.

I'm still looking into it. Should be caching issue.
