Minor enhancements to the Videos Module

While I am thinking about it, the Video Module installation script could use two enhancements

1. A check and report whether ffmpeg permission is "executable" or not in the installation report

2. That a prompt is included in the installation report that member permissions need to be enabled for them to use video upload/edit/delete in Settings, Membership Levels (seems basic but a prompt wouldn't do any harm).

If the video module is installed separately the above would be useful.

Some user instructions on the upload pages such as file size limits, supported file types and expected system messages would help as well. I will add these to my own pages but something generic would be helpful for all users on all installations that use the video module.

Cheers and great work
