Mime Issues and "Access Denied"

When trying to upload video's I have two issues see below...

Mime issues is that a template issue as well?

see this it was a youtube video processed by my site...after I downloaded it via keepvid...

The first issue of uploading to the site has been resolved by updating the template but the second has not...

mime type most times is on the end user side of things.  no proper codecs found....

But that could also be a generic video player error as well.

hmmmm that is my site processing the video so how can it not find the right mime type?  Also it is only happening through the Real Estate mod because the same video processes on the site and works.
