Migration from Shared Hosting to VPS. HELP !!!

I tried moving from a shared hosting to a VPS with a new host. This is the report I receive:

Fatal error: Call to a member function getRow() on a non-object in /home/oneskull/public_html/oneskuul.com/inc/utils.inc.php on line 437

DATABASE CONNECT FAILED

Can anyone help me with the migration?

Did you update the settings in inc/header.inc.php with the new settings?

You need to check for proper site URL, Site Path and the Database connection settings all of them are in the inc/header.inc.php file. The current settings are for your old host which need to be updated to match your new host.

I answered on here ^^^ before seeing this thread ... As Deano suggests make sure all details in /inc/header.inc.php are correct!
