 My Boonex sites are in a mess, I like the new version so I have decided to consolidate 10 sites into 1 site, my question is, all the other sites are 7.0.5, I don't want to upgrade them all, is there a method to pull out the following and import? Profiles Blogs Images
?? The rest can go, they are the main things I want to bring accross.

Why you don't want to update? Old versions have bug's and problems.I suggest you to contact a boonex developer or agent. |
Consolidating 10 sites into one new Dolphin site is going to be quite the undertaking. You will need to remap profiles for one thing; If you have 10 sites with members then there are going to be IDs matching from 10 sites. You will also need to be concern with user names that might end up matching. Along with this is remapping the user's content since if you have two user with ID #4 and both have photos/images mapped to that ID, then that has to be remapped. All this is compounded 10 times since you will have 10 ID #4. Geeks, making the world a better place |
