Migrating users from Dolphin 5.4 to 7?

I have an old database of users running dolphin 5.4.

Is it possible for me to migrate all user profiles from the db for 5.4 to Dolphin 7?

Hello, yes you should apply all upgrade patches to 6.1.6. Than you can use transfer mod from Dolphin 7
