Menu icons at top messed up ...please see image

icons

As you can see, icons in the top menu are messed up.

Do I need to contact the provider of this template or is there an easy fix?

If that is how it came out of the box and you didn't break it, then yes, your template provider should fix that for you.

Oh, sorry...I should have been more specific...

It was fine before the upgrade to 7.0.3

I noticed that my other third party templates were doing the same...

Just wondering if this is something I can fix myself ?

I can definitely fit more people in that house.

Know a fix or do we have to wait for the template provider...

The only change to top_menu.css affects this issue.  I need to look at the ticket and see what they tried to fix that wasn't broke.

Here's the ticket: http://www.boonex.com/trac/dolphin/ticket/2057

Seems as though some Russian guy had a screwed up menu, and this is the fix.  This is getting so friggin old, when they "fix" one thing and screw something else up.  It happens every single time they put out an "upgrade".

To fix this you just need to alter a little css as below. Or see attached file..

You need to change 1 classes in templates/tmpl_yourtemplate/css/top_menu.css

find

.topMenu b span.down img {

margin-left: 4px;

}

replace with

.topMenu b span.down img {

width: 16px;

height: 16px;

margin: 8px auto 7px auto;

vertical-align:middle;

}

These margin, width and height sizes work for me, but yours might be 1 or 2 pixels different depending on your template.

Then obviously empty your caches.

Voila Menu should now be fixed.

Dave...

Fixed mine too... thanks.  Strange though.... I did add that exact same css via Firebug, and it didn't change anything. (all caching was turned off)  top_menu.css was the first thing I looked at, and did see that this was the only change that 7.0.3 brought to this file.  pebkac, I guess.
