Membership levels, changing access denied message

Was wandering if there was a way to change the 'access denied' message when people try to log in to areas that their membership does not allow?

Would like to display a message that asks people to upgrade their account rather than just bar them.

Any way this can be done?

Thanks!

Sure. Go to administration panel. Settings -> Manage Languages. In the Manage Keys section enter the key words access denied. Click on apply. It will then display all the language keys that you can edit for the key words access denied

I tried changing "ACCESS DENIED" To:

"Access Denied<br />This user requires you to be a member or friend."

I made the change in the language settings and save it said successful, I compiled, recached browser and no changes took place.

In addition I have cache off in admin Please advise
