Can someone please let me know how to fix the following issues.
I had a friend go to my site, mybooksocialnetwork.com and sigh up, all he sees is basic membership, I have Standard activated, but not showing up on sign up page. I tried to find a way to set his permissions but cant find. I see that my friend after signing up, is not an active member. ??? Thanks for any help. Shulz |
Did your friend confirm his/her e-mail adres? Did he/she click the link in the confirm mail? |
He did not get an e-mail at all. |
Just figured out I had to manually send the confirmation e-mail, is there a way to have the confirmation email automatically. |
maybe the mail got into junk mail in other way you can temporarily remove the option of email confirmation and make him resign again. then restore email confirmation Always remember that the future comes one day at a time. |
Go to /administration/advanced_settings.php and check the settings under moderation. Geeks, making the world a better place |
