I created three paid membership levels. When I upgrade my membership, I continue to see all tabs, but when I upgraded a member the Nav tabs disappear for most options. I have set the order number for each memberships as so they appear in that order. Standard being order one, next level set at order 2, next level order 3 and final membership is order 4. Actions for each level seem designated correctly adding features with increased membership fees. Question why are the tabs disappearing for a member who upgrades one level? Go to your page access control in the admin, Click on the Top Menu tab and check to see if that is what is causing the issue you are seeing. Click the menu items that you are seeing disappear and check to see what memberships are allowed to see those items. Geeks, making the world a better place |
