Membership Contradictions

I'm totally confused.

I paid $99 today after being promised I was getting Premium membership as shown on http://www.boonex.com/unity/txt/membership
Which says it includes - Access to Trident Blog, Submit tickets to BoonEx Trac, Post/sell products in Market, Receive 10% discount in Market.

It repeats this promise on http://www.boonex.com/unity/id/premium/subscribe

BUT

on http://www.boonex.com/unity/paymentprovider/payment it says for $99 I'm only entitled to - No "Powered by BoonEx" links!, Advanced Unity Membership, Not affected by pricing changes, 30-days money-back guarantee - Whoopee!

In my account it says my membership is "Advanced" with only the last options.

Which one is correct? Whats going on?? Does this confusion indicate something's going wrong with Dolphin? Whose running this show?

Not very confidence inspiring for my prospective Dolphin venture

You may have confused the paid license with premium membership. Which page did you order from?

From one of the first two links. What is the difference between paid license and premium membership?

For someone new to the site, what on these first two pages makes the distinction from the third page?

Is it possible my free membership gave me access to a page that promised the features I thought I was getting?

I started posting messages on the forum 10 days ago and I just noticed it possibly wasn't meant to be possible on the free membership? Somehow I had access to the page that promised me me the upgrade?

I am disappointed tthat the option for Premium membership for $198 wasn't given to me prior.

do you have an assigned agent? please write your agent, or write Andrew Boon directly, and see if you cant get this rectified. if there is some verbiage misunderstanding from their posts, im sure they will get it corrected for you.

You can't select an agent anymore, as the system was changed to do away with that 'concierge' idea.

It's likely that you ordered from the license page instead of the premium page (which has a purchase link of its own on it), which means you instead ordered a permanent license, which includes advanced membership. Advanced membership's only shortcomings compared to premium is that you can't view premium-only blog posts or create tickets in Trac.

If you believe you made a mistake and purchased the wrong package, I recommend you send an email or message Andrew Boon directly (as said above) and see if they can have this issue rectified.

Thanks for your replies. Yes I'll Contact Andrew Boon. It would be good to sort this. As an outsider I found the Boonex membership structure rather confusing right from the beginning...then I fell into this hole which didn't help.
