Members can't login with their info

My memebers can't login with their username and password info but I can login to the admin panel. Does anyone know what is causing this? Tech support never helps me.

I am having the same problem. Standard User cannot login, make them Admin and they can. Just started today I think ? Username / Password incorrect issues.

we had this last month. I cant remember how we fixed it though... I do think it had somthing to do with the server? are you all on the same host?

got it..... have you changed your security settings? or tuened security on recently? This is what happened to us. we activated some security settings and then admin could log in, but no one else couls... I would start with security settings.
