Members approval

Hi!

I wonder if there is a way fot me not to be needed to approve all members?
As it is now, they confirm the membership through e-mail but I still have to approve, and I want to get rid of the last step.

FYI  I set mine up that way & got hit with crazy spammers. One post 75 porno blogs. I had to change it for my approval.
