Member Top Menu Showing

Even though I have selected to not display the menu to members or guests, the menus still  show up.

Check where I have a red line through the menus.

Can't reproduce.

Please note that there are two menu items for profile: "View Profile" and "My Profile", they look very similar.

When viewing another's profile, I cannot get rid of the Store or Files menu options.

Our members will not have store items nor will they be uploading any files.

This is now gone if viewing own profile.
