Member Menu malfunction

I have two identical sites, the only difference between them are the template colors, a few visible blocks, and visible links in the navigation menu. For some reason though, the member menu is not displaying the contents of the sections that are clicked. I have added images. If anyone could point me in the right direction to resolve this issue, I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks in advance. I have even copied the files from the working site to the non working one, and still no resolution (cleared all caches several times).

Well, do not know which database table it is, but I restored my database backup and the member menu now works. I spent all this time (since yesterday) looking in files, and didn't even think about the database.

That menu is populated by javascript; so something must have been interfering with the javascript.  I poked into this once because someone wanted to remove some of the items and I was never quite sure where to go.
