Member Logins

I have some member on the site having problem login to the site

they click the link  Forgot password? and they get new password when they login when new password still having the same problem

any idea why this happen and how to get this fix so members can login with out problem

Did you apply the "spaces to user name" mod we have been discussing in another thread?

No never this is new fresh installation of Dolphin 7.4 and some members are sending me email to support@mysite.com

and telling me they having problem login to the site and using the new password they thing they banned from they site and they not banned I check the ban list and is empty they are btching me why they got banned for no reason I tell them they not banned

Have you enabled spam filtering?

If so. Make sure spameatingmonkey.net is disabled. See this topic.

spammers sbl.spamhaus.org. any

spammers zomgbl.spameatingmonkey.net. any

spammers cn.countries.nerd.dk. 127.0.0.2

whitelist au.countries.nerd.dk.   127.0.0.2

URI DNS Blocklists

uridns multi.surbl.org. any

They all enable

Me disable Spameatingmonkey.Net

and is working now

I only one to block spamer manually when they make post adding sites or emails

I don't know. I run with the filtering on. I have not looked into manual methods becuse i don't have time for manual methods.
