Member Cannot Add Ads

My standard membership clearly allows the user to add and post ads, yet when he goes to the ad section, he is unable. Can anyone help and tell me what do i have to fix to correct this?

OK, I figured it out. I have set a double opt-in feature. The user (which was me), never acknowledged his e-mail. So all is well with this part.
