MegaMenu styled navigation

I have tried to use the existing D7 navigation as well as a couple of other menu products that will work on PC, Tablet & mobile (touchscreen) effectively. I see this style menu on every platform going back to CMS systems like Joomla, Xoops, as well as other social network platforms and Wordpress.

Everytime a mention of a custom menu is brought up, it just stops? Who has any leads on a Jquery MegaMenu system that is easy to manage?

It is a more horizontal menu system.... popular in Joomla and WordPress sites

It is very responsive to touch and gives a tremendously better experience in navigation.

I did a wide menu template a while back that allows you to add extra stuff via language keys.  I wouldn't call it easy to manage though, because it takes a bit of work to add all the extra content via language keys.

The only reason I did it, was because a guy was selling a "Mega Menu" in the market for $200, The menu was available on Code Canyon for $5. It wasn't something a person could easily install... you had to get the author to do it. To the best of my knowledge,  he never sold a $200 menu to anyone, and eventually removed the ripoff product.

It's not really what your looking for. My intent was to create a menu that site owners could use to convey important information to users about each top menu item.  I never added language keys for everything... just the about and videos tab.
