Massmailer not working

hi i created a mass mail then sent all i get is There are no emails in queue

what is the reason for this why are they not sending , many thanks

There is no mail in queue, maybe because its already sent? Did you checked that part of the story?

I have a registered a profile and subscribed to the newsletter. When I clicked "Submit", it never sent to the the email I used to create the user profile.

for user to be selected, his/her profile information should match with those in mass mailer. Be sure that user's those info exits in profile and is within range selected on mass mailer page.
