Go back in the mass mailer and select the email from the drop down and click add to queue.

There is no mail in queue, maybe because its already sent? Did you checked that part of the story? so much to do.... |
I have a registered a profile and subscribed to the newsletter. When I clicked "Submit", it never sent to the the email I used to create the user profile. |
for user to be selected, his/her profile information should match with those in mass mailer. Be sure that user's those info exits in profile and is within range selected on mass mailer page. so much to do.... |
