Mass mail

I'm using 7.0.1 and when i submit a message, it only adds 4 emails to the queue. Anyone know why this is? If i click submit again, i just keeps adding the first 4 emails to the queue. It is sending them to the first 4 because i got them. I can't seem to figure this one out.

you need to make sure first of all that all members have an email address on their profile. then you need to ensure that all members are on EmailNotify = true.

it should queue up as many members as you have set to receive emails from you. not just four.

Did you check if "Receive mass mails" is ticked in all of your members profiles, as DosDawg suggested ?

If not all are ticked, try to run this SQL request:

UPDATE `Profiles` SET `EmailNotify` = 1;

yes, every single member has receive mail checked. i checked in the database as well and they all have a 1. still it is only adding the first 4 members to the queue and sending to them.

any other suggestions?

Can anyone help me with this? I am very frustrated that I can only add the first 4 emails to the queue and I can't figure out what the problem is.

where are you hosted?

i have seen this before with a dolphin site on hostgator.

check your max execution time

also, if you are running FCGI, you may need to increase fcgi time outs.

check your error logs, there should be something there that helps you figure this out.
