Manage Avatar Box does not appear on Edit Profile.

How do I do that the box with select/delete Avatars appear on Edit Profile page?

Currently this box only appears when the Admin who accesses the page edit any profile. But when a profile go to edit yourself, this box does not appear.

 

Does anyone know how to enable this box so that the profile can also view it? Thank you.

In the Admin Panel, if you go to Builders > Page Builders > From the drop down menu choose Profile Edit, there should be a box that says 'Manage Avatars' there. Make sure it is not in the 'Inactive Blocks'.

 

I do not see any way to only allow admins to edit another member's avatar and not the actual member, in this location. I also checked the Profile Fields builder and do not see anything there either. Maybe I am overlooking something. Unless you have edited existing or added new membership levels, I do not see how this would be.

Yes, the box is already in the edit page, but it only appears when the admin visit the page of any profile. The profile itself can not see this box. Yes, I created new membership levels but even with the system levels the box does not appear.
