Make profile fields *required

How do I make certain fields on the profile form required or not required (eg. "headline")?

In your admin panel, go to Builders > Profile Fields > Edit Profile tab

Left click on Headline > Advanced tab

Put a tick in the Mandatory box

Save and clear the cache

Great, thanks.  I had changed some colors via css and the font color was the same as the background color.  I knew I had seen those settings somewhere!
