Mail sending external doesn't work

This is most likely a server issue; what type of hosting do you have?  We need to know what kind of mail server arrangement you have.

Site hosted by hostforweb (Dolphin preferred Hosting provider).

No restrictions on mailservices.

Are you sure it does not work?

Are you getting a error?

Have you checked your sites main email address. The one setup by your hosting provider for cpanel when you first got the hosting as that is the address that will get any bounce back messages.

none of the mails i send with the external box on will be delivered to the external emailadress.

Even i set up now an testenvironement with a fresh installation of dolphin and it still doesn't work ;(

I am having the same issue.  I really need the email to work. Can anyone help?
