MY VIDEO ISN'T RUNNING AND SOUND IS NOT PROCESSING

I am using dolphin 7.1.3

My RMS AND FLASH player settings are OK(because chat ,videochat,group chat has no problem).But when i upload sound file;like songs it shows processing your file ....but never finish.

video like:you tube video or uploaded video file are not playing...please help me what to do.

PS - RMS has nothing to do with audio/video conversion.

Did you make a cron job when Dolphin was installed? Dolphin needs the cron job setup in order to run certain tasks, like convert uploaded videos into a compatible format to play back on the site. It should look like this:

 

cd /home/[username]/public_html/periodic; /usr/local/bin/php -q cron.php

 

If a cron job doesn't exist, create one in cPanel using the above template. Replace [username] with your cPanel username, and correct the path to the periodic directory if Dolphin was installed in a subdirectory.

 Looks to be that Nathan; I uploaded a sound and it never processed.
