Where have my PAID support tokens gone????

I purchased 5 recently and used 2 of them, both trying to solve the same problem which I was charged twice for....

Now I need help finding my forum which has just vanished from my site so I goto use my already purchased Support Tokens and guess what....

THEYVE DISAPPEARED ALSO!!!!
